IMPERIAL MONARCH x GOOD BYE DOLLY 2020 FILLY
Pioneer are delighted to have secured this striking filly by the National Hunt Sire Imperial Monarch out of the winning Buckskin mare Good Bye Dolly to be trained by Gordon Elliott and his team at Cullentra House Stables
Our fillies sire Imperial Monarch was a group 1 winner during his racing career and pedigree includes the fantastic National Hunt sire Oscar who’s progeny include the likes of National Hunt greats such as Lord Windermere, Paisley Park, Rock on Ruby and Big Zeb among others. Imperial Monarch himself as shown his ability at siring winners over the jumps and progeny includes Pioneer Racing’s multiple winner Bravo Team.
The dam of our filly Good Bye Dolly was herself a winner under National Hunt rules for Tom Taffe and is by the great National Hunt sire Buckskin who produced household names such as Micko’s Dream, Buck Rogers and Grand National winner Amberleigh House to name only a few. The pedigree is full of black type horses such as Cheltenham winner Our Vic, Radiation, Siegemaster, Emperors Choice the list goes on. Good Bye Dolly has also shown she is a capable producer with winning siblings to our filly including Quiz Master who was trained by Colin Tizzards and was rated in the 120s and also Pioneer Racing’s Wicklow Flyer who was a multiple winner for us and Cullentra House.
Our filly is already approaching 16 hands and still has some growing to do, she has a great athletic walk to her and a lovely temperament to go along with it. The future plans for our filly are that she will be broken in during the Summer months and kick on with her early education and training then making her transfer to Gordon’s and Cullentra House.
